A written proposal from your organization outlining the
specifics of your activity and sponsorship requirements
60 days prior to your event.
2. A written confirmation that all corporate-sponsored
donations of product to your organization will be distributed
FREE of any charge.
3.
A commitment to acknowledge sponsors in writing (i.e.
a thank-you note).
All donations are in congruence with the code of ethics
relating to corporate sponsorship within each Hospital,
Health Department/Unit, or Social Service Department.
